The strap has a new buckle that’s easier to adjust and put on; the inside features more electrodes and silicone dots to prevent spillage. The devise measures your heart rate accurately and without any interference.
It is comfortable enough that you can wear it all day long. Comes in different size: XS-S and M-XXL The strap is washable and you can simply throw it in the washing machine.
Internal Memory
The internal memory will allow you to keep the data of your session in the gadget while on the move, so that it can be accessed at a later stage on your phone with an app where you can review the data and get much deeper insight into how your body responded to training.
Multiple Connectivity Options
The device can be paired with your phone and a whole bunch of gym equipment, connecting seamlessly to the devices so it is nice to have it on the dashboard without doing anything, thanks to its Bluetooth connections and ANT+ broadcast.
The app Experience
You can use the H10 with third-party fitness apps like Cardio Mapper, Endomondo, iSmooth, Run, and Runtastic. However, it’s optimized to work with Polar’s own Beat and Flow apps. Both are free, though you will have to pay if you want to unlock all of Beat’s features.
When compared to apple watch heart rate they are both pretty close to compare. Both are very responsive, but the Polar H10 is more responsive than the wearable gadgets on the wrist. The chest heart rate sensors are much closer to the heart. Also, they use electrical signals, rather than light, to measure the heart beat.
